Our Standards
Standard articles:
1. Must be original
They are not copied or even rewritten from other articles. Before each article is sent to the Customer, it is first run through Copyscape (online service for detecting online plagiarism that checks whether text content appears elsewhere on the web).
2. Must be informative
Most people use Google to find either information or solutions to their problems. Nobody likes to hear or read rambling. This also applies in cases when the customer’s main objective is not providing information but getting people to their web pages in order to present them with specific products. Poor quality content sends a negative message to the customer suggesting that the products sold there should not be expected to have high value either and so they must not be worth paying for.
3. Interesting/fun
Nobody likes to be bored. Everybody likes to be entertained. Articles we provide should be interesting and captivating. Whenever possible, they should also be entertaining and fun (unless the Customer is selling coffins of course).
4. Must be optimized for Search Engines (mainly Google)
We provide articles that are optimized for search engines. Our writers receive a list of primary keywords (or keyword phrases) along with related keywords assigned to each of the primary ones. Each article is optimized for each primary keyword.
(1) The primary keyword should be used:
- in the title of the article, preferably in the front (unless there is no way to make it sound natural);
- at least once or twice in the article (preferably at the beginning of a paragraph), but don’t overdo it (no more than 4 times)
(2) 2 or 3 of the related keywords should be used in the article as well (ex. one related keyword should be used once and another one twice).
- Whenever possible the related keywords should be placed in close proximity to the primary keyword (unless there is no way to make it sound natural).
5. Reliability
We provide what the Customer considers to be valuable. In the Internet Marketing world, cash producing web content is considered a great value but not only this. Being on time is important as well. The sooner the Customer receives the articles the sooner they will start generating profits. This is why the articles should be ready as soon as possible, and no later than 4 weekdays from the moment the payment was sent.
6. Other standards:
- Every word of the title should be capitalized. (Not every letter)
- More, shorter paragraphs is better than fewer longer paragraphs.
- Each article should contain 450 to 500 words (unless otherwise specified).
- Each article should be provided in “.txt” format.
- The name of the document is the primary keyword phrase with dashes in between (ex. If the primary keyword phrase is “high performance boats for sale” the name of the document will be “high-performance-boats-for-sale.txt”
- Paragraphs should be double-spaced (title, space, paragraph, space, paragraph…, etc.)
